- Custom or special-order items.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
